Ascendion Engineering is seeking a Senior GenAI Developer to drive enterprise AI initiatives in Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will design and implement GenAI/LLM-based applications, integrate with Azure OpenAI, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on Python development, experience with LangChain/LangGraph, and a strong understanding of APIs, embeddings, and vector databases within production environments.

Qualifications

• 47 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or related development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Good experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks.
• Strong exposure to the Healthcare / Life Sciences (HCLS) domain.
• Good understanding of APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
