NTT DATA seeks a GenAI Dev Lead to work remotely from India, driving end-to-end GenAI initiatives and building scalable AI pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, mentor peers, and engage with clients to tailor AI solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in Python/ML, 2+ years in GenAI and agentic systems, and hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and cloud AI services. You will stay ahead of GenAI trends and contribute to global platforms.

Qualifications

• Masters in AI from a reputed college/university.
• 8+ years Python and ML/data science experience in real projects.
• 2+ years building GenAI solutions, preferably using Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years in Predictive Analytics.
• 2+ years ML/DL and Generative AI; 2+ years Agentic systems.
• 2+ years ML Ops / AI Infrastructure.
• 2+ years experience with LLMs, embeddings, cloud AI services.
• 2+ years hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Vertex Gen AI and AWS AI services.

Responsabilités

• Develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across domains (prediction systems, recommender engines, text analytics, computer vision, chatbots).
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, ML, NLP, and generative models (GANs, transformers).
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Design end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Support GenAI use cases, prototypes and POCs tailored to industry needs.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to deliver customized AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Stay current with trends in AI/GenAI/LLMs and related fields.
• Contribute to NTT DATA’s GenAI platform and TechHub frameworks.

We are currently seeking a GenAI Dev Lead to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various domains, including prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, computer vision, chatbots, and content intelligence platforms.
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, and generative models including GANs and transformers.
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Support the development of GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs tailored to specific industry requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver customized AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and related fields.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for NTT DATA’s global GenAI platform and TechHub.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters in AI from a reputed College / University
• 8+ year demonstrated using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science in multiple real projects that is not limited to their own personal development environment.
• 2+ years strong fundamentals in building GenAI solutions, preferably using Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years deep knowledge in all of the following areas:
  • 2+ years Predictive Analytics
  • 2+ years Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • 2+ years Generative AI
  • 2+ years Agentic systems
  • 2+ years ML Ops / AI Infrastructure
• 2+ years strong understanding of LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Effective communicator capable of translating complex AI topics to stakeholders.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
