NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Generative AI Architect to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The role demands deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP and Recommendation Predictive Modelling, delivering high-impact AI solutions across industries.

Responsibilities include building ML models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy and scikit-learn, deploying APIs with Flask, Django or FastAPI, and integrating LLMs with providers like OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python and ML/data science packages.
• 3+ years architecting GenAI solutions for diverse clients.
• 10+ years in analytics, data integration, system design or AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings and NLP.
• Hands-on with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across domains.
• Build and deploy ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
• Apply NLP and generative modelling including GANs and transformers.
• Work with RAG techniques and vector databases like FAISS and Milvus.
• Integrate and manage LLM APIs (HuggingFace, OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Build scalable APIs using Flask, Django, Django Rest Framework, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end AI pipelines.
• Support GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs.
• Maintain data infrastructure for large-scale datasets.
• Communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Engage with clients to deliver AI/ML solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Generative AI Architect to join our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with a particular focus on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Recommendation Predictive Modelling. The ideal candidate will have experience developing innovative AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-based tools, working across cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact AI/ML applications for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various domains, including prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, computer vision, chatbots, and content intelligence platforms.
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, and generative models including GANs and transformers.
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques and tools including Langchain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases like FAISS and Milvus.
• Integrate and manage LLM APIs and registries (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Build scalable APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, Django Rest Framework, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Support the development of GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs tailored to specific industry requirements.
• Maintain and enhance data infrastructure for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver customized AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Demonstrate innovation in Private AI and Smart Agent Solutions, ensuring data privacy and intelligent automation.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and related fields.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for NTT Data's global GenAI platform and TechHub.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science.
• 3+ years of experience architecting high-impact GenAI solutions for diverse clients, preferably in Private AI and Smart Agentic Solutions
• 10+ years of experience participating in projects that focused on one or more of the following areas:
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Data Integrations
  • System Design and Architecture
  • AI/ML
  • ML Ops
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services.
