PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a GenAI/Agentic AI Engineer - Associate to design, develop, and maintain AI solutions that streamline operations, reduce cost, and improve efficiency for diverse client portfolios. You will learn, contribute to tasks, and grow technical skills while ensuring quality in AI-enabled services across managed services engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of GenAI/LLM engineering experience.
• English proficiency in speech and writing.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM work in production or near-production.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and provider APIs (OpenAI/Claude).
• Hands-on experience with at least one agent framework.
• Experience building RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases.
• Prompt engineering and basic model evaluation.
• Strong Python; some TypeScript; backend and lightweight frontend; API building.
• Adaptability to diverse client delivery across teams.

As a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer - Associate you will support the design, development, and maintenance of AI solutions that help clients streamline operations, reduce cost, and improve efficiency within our Managed Services practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, contributing to project tasks, building client awareness, and adapting to changing priorities while developing your technical skills, asking questions, and taking ownership for quality work. In this role at PwC, you will help run and improve AI‑enabled services by contributing to solution development, testing, data and workflow analysis, and ongoing performance monitoring for GenAI and agentic AI use cases.

Within PwC Acceleration Center India, this role sits in a fast‑paced environment where curiosity and flexibility support delivery across varied client needs and team structures. • Assisting in the development and maintenance of AI‑enabled solutions that improve service delivery and operational performance
• Documenting technical requirements, design decisions, and implementation details for project teams
• Troubleshooting model behavior, workflow errors, and integration issues across data and application environments
• Applying cloud, data, and analytics tools to support scalable AI solutions and ongoing platform maintenance
• Contributing to process improvement efforts that enhance reliability, uptime, and continuous service optimization

What Sets You Apart

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Software engineering experience with hands‑on GenAI/LLM work in a production or near‑production setting.
• Experience building with LLMs on AWS Bedrock and provider APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
• Hands‑on experience with at least one agent framework.
• Experience building RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Comfort with prompt engineering and basic model evaluation.
• Strong Python (and ideally some TypeScript), comfortable across backend and light frontend, building APIs.
• Applying GenAI and agentic AI concepts in client delivery
• Building AI solutions using automation frameworks and tooling
• Gathering data from multiple sources to identify patterns
• Listening actively, asking questions, and expressing ideas clearly
• Adapting quickly across varied clients and team settings
• Learning technical standards, code of conduct, and independence
• Developing commercial awareness while taking ownership of growth
