As an AWS Gen AI Engineer - Senior Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• Architect advanced RAG pipelines with agentic retrieval, hybrid search, reranking, multi-modal knowledge bases, and session memory support.
• Drive custom ML model development, fine‑tuning, and deployment strategies at scale using SageMaker HyperPod, JumpStart, and Unified Studio.
• Define enterprise prompt engineering frameworks; drive cost optimization through Intelligent Prompt Routing, Model Distillation, and prompt caching strategies.
• Architect enterprise multi‑agent systems using Bedrock AgentCore with multi‑agent collaboration, supervisor orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
• Establish enterprise Bedrock Guardrails governance for responsible AI, content safety, PII protection, Automated Reasoning, and hallucination prevention.
• Drive Bedrock Data Automation and SageMaker Unified Studio adoption for AI/ML data workflows.
• Establish AI/ML governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk management frameworks.
• Lead and build GenAI engineering teams, driving organizational capability and talent development.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align AI strategy with business objectives.
• Drive innovation through evaluation of emerging AI technologies, new foundation models (including OpenAI on Bedrock), and industry trends.
• Collaborate with product, data science, security, and platform teams for delivery excellence.
