Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, data science, AI, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years analytics experience in financial services or related industry, with at least 2 years in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or ML.
• Hands-on knowledge of common AI/ML techniques with financial context.
• Experience in financial services risk, regulation, and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high quality and timeliness.
• Proven stakeholder engagement across risk, governance and technical teams.

In this role, you will independently assess and challenge AI and machine learning systems across business lines, markets, and functions, spanning Generative AI, Agentic AI, natural language processing, computer vision, recommender systems, and anomaly detection.
