Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Bengaluru is seeking a Gen AI Validation Engineer, Officer, to join the AI Review and Challenge Group within Citi’s Model Risk Management. This hybrid role focuses on independent review and effective challenge across the lifecycle of AI/ML non-model objects.

You will work with AI/ML sponsors, governance, internal audit, regulators, and contribute to risk measurement methods and the design, delivery, and maintenance of risk programs within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s and above) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, data science, AI/ML, etc.
• 4+ years of analytics experience in financial services or related industries with at least 2 years in AI/Generative AI/Agentic AI/ML.
• In-depth knowledge of common AI/ML techniques.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with multi‑project capability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
