Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an AI/ML risk management professional to perform independent review and challenge across AI/ML non-model objects, ensuring adherence to policies and testing guidance. You will engage with AI/ML Sponsors/Developers, MRM Governance, AI-CoE, Internal Audit, and regulators on AI/ML matters, and support regulatory examinations.

The role requires an Advanced degree and 4+ years analytics experience in financial services, plus at least 2 years in AI/Generative AI/Agentic AI/ML,

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, data science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 4+ years analytics experience in financial services or related industries.
• Minimum 2 years in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or ML.
• In-depth knowledge of common AI/ML techniques.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the model risk management organization.
