Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned AI and automation leader to identify and architect high-value use cases across IT operations. You will build scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering, and drive workflow automation that improves service desk and incident management processes.

You'll integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and other enterprise applications while defining AI standards, governance, and accelerators.

• Build scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering.
• Drive automation across service desk, incidents, and IT support processes.

• Track ROI and service performance improvements.
