Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a Gen AI QA professional to ensure quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AI-enabled applications across the SDLC. You will validate LLM outputs, test AI workflows, and collaborate with developers to uphold quality gates.

You will design and execute manual and automated tests, validate data, test prompts, and verify AI integrations and APIs. A strong background in Python and experience with CI/CD processes are essential to succeed in this role in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on AI testing experience required.
• Experience validating LLM outputs and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of Python and CI/CD quality gates.

We are seeking a Gen AI QA professional to ensure the quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AI-enabled applications. This role focuses on validating LLM outputs, testing AI workflows, automating quality processes, and ensuring AI systems perform accurately across the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Design and validate AI enabled applications
• Data Validation for AI enabled applications
• Test prompt versions and AI behaviour changes
• Automate functional and non‑functional tests
• Test AI integrations, APIs, and workflows
• Perform regression testing for AI model/version changes
• Collaborate with developers on quality gates
• The AI Test Engineer ensures quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AI‑enabled systems across the SDLC.
