Persistent in Bangalore is seeking a Gen AI QA professional to ensure the quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AI-enabled applications across the SDLC. You will validate LLM outputs, test AI workflows, and automate quality processes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software testing experience, hands-on AI testing, and strong Python knowledge. You will design tests for AI integrations, data validation, and prompt behavior, collaborating with developers to gate quality.

Qualifications

• Manual and automated application testing across AI-enabled apps.
• Hands-on experience with AI testing and prompt behavior.
• Knowledge of Python and data validation for AI workflows.
• Understanding of model variability and nondeterminism in AI outputs.
• Experience with responsible AI testing concepts and test data management.
• 5–6 years in software testing with hands-on AI testing required.

What You'll Do:

• The AI Test Engineer ensures quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AIenabled systems across the SDLC.
