Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Full Stack Developer with GenAI expertise to support end-to-end development and production readiness of GenAI applications. The role covers backend and frontend work, API development, and cloud-based platform enhancements.

You will work across the stack, focusing on stability, performance, and scalability of GenAI systems, collaborating with teams to drive deployment and continuous improvement in a Pan India context.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack Development experience.
• Backend: Python, Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend: React, Angular, Node Js.
• Expertise in API development (REST/GraphQL) and microservices.
• Hands-on with GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• GenAI & Platform awareness: model lifecycle, data ingestion, vector databases.
• Soft skills: problem-solving, RCA, cross-team communication.
