Job summary
QualityAI is hiring a Senior Application Developer—Cloud-Native, GenAI. You will build scalable backends using Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js, design microservices, and deploy with Docker and Kubernetes.
You’ll work with Kafka/RabbitMQ, NoSQL databases, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deliver GenAI-enabled features. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers, implement CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to platform-level decisions on architecture and reliability.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of backend development with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Node.js.
- Strong microservices experience and API design.
- Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Deep understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native apps using Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
- Develop microservices with robust inter-service communication (REST, gRPC, messaging).
- Build event-driven apps with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Containerize services with Docker and manage with Kubernetes.
- Define CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Integrate cloud features from AWS, Azure, or GCP including serverless and managed databases.

- 6+ years of experience in backend development with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Node.js.
- Strong experience in microservices architecture, REST API design, and event-driven design.

- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tooling.
