Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Azure, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and LLM-based apps. You will blend hands-on coding with MLOps practices to ensure production readiness.

The role requires strong Python expertise and deep knowledge of Azure AI services, LangChain and LangGraph, with a focus on scalable APIs, prompt engineering, evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to translate

Qualifications

• 7 years of overall experience in core IT and software development.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud AI technologies.
• 2 years of experience in Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies.
• Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

Job Title GenAI Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a GenAI Engineer who can design develop and deploy enterprisegrade Generative AI solutions including RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG pipelines and LLM based applications on Azure. This role combines handson development with best practices for LLMOps to ensure scalability reliability and production readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks along with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience Requirements
