Job summary

Alignity is seeking a Gen AI Engineer with strong Python development expertise to design, build, and optimize enterprise AI solutions. The role focuses on developing agentic AI applications, integrating MCP and RAG, and orchestrating multi-agent workflows in a hybrid environment across multiple Indian tech hubs.

With 8+ years of experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Gen AI/AI engineering.
• Strong hands-on Python development and AI knowledge.
• Experience designing agentic AI solutions and agent workflows.
• Experience with MCP, RAG, and tool-calling frameworks.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and interaction strategy design.
• Experience with LangGraph or graph-based orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow) and Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Build intelligent Agentic AI applications capable of autonomous task execution.
• Design and implement agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and multi-agent architectures.
• Develop effective prompts, system instructions, and agent interaction strategies.
• Build AI applications using Python ADKs and modern AI development frameworks.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for context-aware AI applications.
• Integrate AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool-calling frameworks.
• Utilize LangGraph or similar graph-based orchestration frameworks for workflow automation.
• Manage experiment tracking and model lifecycle using MLflow or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Optimize, debug, test, and deploy scalable AI applications for enterprise environments.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and AI solution design.

Required Skills Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python Development
