Job summary

Artech L.L.C. in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Gen AI Engineer with strong Python skills to build next-generation Generative AI solutions.

You will design agentic AI workflows, craft prompts and system instructions, and implement MCP and orchestration patterns to deliver scalable AI apps. The role emphasizes hands-on development in Python, knowledge of AI concepts, and experience with agent frameworks, MLflow, and RAG-enabled pipelines within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Solid understanding of AI & Generative AI concepts.
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python ADK or similar agent development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience writing effective agent instructions and defining agent behaviors.
• Experience with Agentic Workflows and orchestration patterns.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tools.
• Exposure to LangGraph or graph-based orchestration frameworks.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and Python coding skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
