Job summary

LH It Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced AI engineer to design and build autonomous AI agents, define roles and capabilities, and implement robust workflow orchestration across enterprise systems and microservices.

You will integrate tools and APIs, develop memory and context management with vector stores, coordinate multi-agent systems, and enforce governance, safety, and observable reliability in production deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms for building scalable AI agents.
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of agent design patterns: planning, reflection, tool use, routing, memory, evaluation.
• Understanding of enterprise workflows, risk management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build AI Agents: Define agent roles, goals, capabilities, and constraints to ensure autonomous operation
• Workflow Orchestration: Implement multi-step reasoning loops, including planning, reflection, and task decomposition
• Tool and API Integration: Connect agents to enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, databases, and microservices for real-world task execution
• Memory and Context Management: Develop short-term and long-term memory systems, including vector stores, knowledge bases, and state graphs
• Multi-Agent Systems: Coordinate multiple agents with specialized roles, enabling collaboration and escalation to humans when necessary
• Governance and Safety: Ensure AI systems operate safely, comply with enterprise policies, and maintain observability and reliability
