Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced AI strategy consultant in Chennai to drive AI transformation for clients. You will define AI roadmaps, conduct assessments, and shape COE operating models while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes advisory on data governance, MDM, and the application of GenAI/Agentic AI within enterprise contexts, including RFP/BD support and strategic investment guidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI strategy and advisory.
• Experience defining AI use cases and COE operating models.
• Familiarity with data architecture, data lineage and MDM concepts.
• Strong skills in pre-sales, proposal writing and client presentations.
• Experience with GenAI/Agentic AI workflows and observability standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI use-case delivery from discovery to execution for clients.
• Lead advisory activities on data stack evolution and strategic investments.
• Assist RFP/RFI workflows including pricing and presentations.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for AI value creation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as SPOC for global master data management.

Your role

Having at least 8+ years of experience in building AI strategy frameworks, defining use cases, Creating Agentic AI COE Target Operating Model, conducting assessments, and creating roadmaps. Familiarity with the medallion data architecture and building Semantic Data Layer .Experience in Agentic AI automation workflows with tools such as n8n, Zapier etc.Ability to identify process automation scopes with Agentic AI with measurable success criteria.Active participation in the Gen/Agentic AI driven accelerators/POCs as part of Pre-sales/BD activities .Experience in defining observability standards for AI - covering decision traceability, hallucination control and data lineage Experience in translating AI maturity assessment into prioritized transformation roadmaps with business case mapping .Identifying, assessing, and solving client's business problems with the data driven approach to derive AI adoption business strategy.Ability to own/support exend-to-end AI use case delivery from conducting discovery workshops to execution for client/senior leadership teamSupport/Lead RFP/RFI opportunity development such as opportunity development, proposal writing, pricing and presentation of use cases.Work with IT and business stakeholders to on the advisory activity on the data stack evolution and strategic investment to remain competitive advantage in an Agentic AI landscape Work with cross functional teams and business stakeholders as a SPOC for global master data management.

Your Profile

Experience in AI Strategy consulting in the areas including AI Advisory, Gen/Agentic AI user case identification, AI maturity assessment framework, AI COE operating model, product Roadmap and functional reediness documents. Minimum 10-15+ years of proven experience in Techo-functional Pre-sales, Solutioning and Business development activities and 8+ years of experience of working knowledge in AI related strategic programsModerate understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and MDM concepts Familiarity with Agile / SAFE methodology. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experiencing in strong presentation skills, proposal crafting for Sales opportunities. Intermediate/Strong functional knowledge of GenAI/ Agentic AI and LLM application in enterprise, RAG concept, and agentic AI workflows Working knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, risk and Governance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey business values of Data solutions to senior stakeholders. Ability to engage credibly with both operational leaders and technical leaders on domain specific AI value creation.Experience in extensive secondary market research, asset creation such as Point of view (POV), thought leadership etcStrong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.Tier 1 / 2 MBA would be preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field. Experience in one of the industries - Supply chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail will be an added advantage
