GlobalLogic in India is seeking an experienced GCP Trainer with 3+ years of relevant experience to train corporate employees and share practical cloud knowledge.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field, strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and willingness to work a 24x7 on-site shift, with exposure to AIML, chatbots, LLMs and Gen AI.

• 0–1 years of troubleshooting experience on relevant issues.
• Preferred GCP experience and cloud environments.
• Willingness to work from office in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Basic knowledge of AIML, Chatbots, LLMs, Gen AI.
• Strong customer support capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and handle issues with care.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via email, chat or phone to diagnose and resolve issues and track support queries.
• Address customer-specific architectural design requirements with targeted solutions for products or features.
• Ensure speedy response and resolution times, meeting/exceeding SLOs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores in 90% of cases.
• Use advanced troubleshooting tools to pinpoint root causes and provide clear assessments.
• Document and classify internal queries and preventative actions for retroactive analysis.
• File detailed issue reports to Engineers, assist in building documentation, reproduce steps, and suggest code-level solutions for bugs.
