Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Architect with deep Google Cloud Platform expertise to drive pre-sales activities across India.

You will engage in solutioning, cost estimation, and formal proposals, mentor partner teams, and collaborate with sales to advance opportunities. Strong communication and cloud modernization experience are essential to articulate concepts and deliver compelling demonstrations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years in IT architecture or presales solutions roles.
• Minimum 4–5 years focused on Google cloud/hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, or managed services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical audiences.
• Ability to design solutions addressing customer needs and challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently on Presales RFP/RFI to build solution proposals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate solution concepts and influence teams.
• Mentor partner engineering teams and enforce best practices.
• Work with sales to qualify leads, present solutions, answer questions, and accompany teams to customer/partner locations across India for meetings.

Job Responsibility:

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, cost estimation, proposal presentations, and partner enablement sessions.
• Should be able to work independently on the Presales RFP/RFI to build solution proposals.
• Drive modernization initiatives leveraging a broad range of GCP services to improve performance and efficiency (conduct in-depth application and infrastructure assessments and define modernization and migration paths).
• Architect solutions on GCP-based cloud infrastructure, modernization of legacy applications to cloudnative architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate solution concepts and influence teams.
• Mentor partner engineering team and enforce best practices.
• Working closely with the sales team to qualify leads, present the solution effectively, answer technical questions, accompany the sales team to customer/partner locations across India (need basis) for partner/customer meetings, and represent Ingram Micro at various events/workshops.

Skills:

• Strong working experience in Presales with a focus on Google’s GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Compute: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions Networking: VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud Armor.
• Database & Storage: AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Spanner for relational workloads. Firestore, Bigtable for NoSQL applications
• Security & IAM: Organization policies, IAM, Secret Manager, Certificate Manager, Security Command Center Operations: Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Error Reporting, Cloud Trace.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with Google infra, GKE, Terraform, Observability, CI/CD, Databases, and modernization projects. Strong expertise in Google Cloud Infrastructure and product solutions, and services.
• Hands-on experience with GKE, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Demonstrated success in legacy system migration and cloud modernization (VMs Workload & Database modernization (SQL Server to PostgreSQL/AlloyDB).
• Knowledge of observability frameworks (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana).
• Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud-native architectures
• Strong expertise Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed systems.
• Multi-cloud architectures with Cross-Cloud Interconnect
• Exposure to Generative AI and agentic frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in IT architecture or Presales solutions roles.
• Required: minimum 4 to 5 years focused on Google’s cloud/hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, or managed services.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions that address customer needs and challenges.
• Presentation: Proven experience in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to a variety of audiences.
