Job summary

Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company, seeks a seasoned GCP DevOps Engineer to build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, deploy monitoring solutions, and ensure reliability across cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities include architecting pipelines with GitHub Actions, provisioning AKS clusters via Terraform, and guiding offshore delivery teams through migrations from on-prem to cloud, while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on DevOps tools experience including GitHub, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience on Application Migration from DC to DC or DC to Public Cloud or Cloud to Cloud.
• Experience on Kubernetes Platform, Helm charts.
• Experience on any of the public cloud as DevOps engineer and good to have experience on Cloud.
• Good to have Application Architecture and Microservices Architecture
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong multi-cloud service knowledge
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Shell)
• Good knowledge on YAML, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience in .NET/Java/Python will be added advantage
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Knowledge of security best practices and tools for cloud environments.
• Knowledge on Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

Role Purpose

Requirement for a highly motivated and experienced GCP DevOps Engineer. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, deploying monitoring solutions, and ensuring system reliability across the cloud infrastructure.
