Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to develop, deploy, and optimize ML and data analytics solutions.

You will leverage Python, SQL, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and cloud-based data processing to build production‑grade models and drive data-driven decisions across PAN India.

Requirements include 4+ years of experience; GCP certification and end-to-end ML lifecycle on cloud are preferred; notice period: immediate to 30 days.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud data processing.
• 4+ years of data science experience with ML/DL/NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of BigQuery and Vertex AI preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end ML model lifecycle and deployment on cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and optimize ML and data analytics solutions on GCP.
• Build production‑grade models using Python, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Leverage data visualization tools to communicate insights and results.
• Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle including MLOps practices.
