Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and govern cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will implement IaC with Terraform, manage networking components, and automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with IAM policies, security controls, and high-availability strategies, troubleshooting Linux and networking issues while integrating Cloud Run, Compute Engine, and Filestore for robust managed services.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Cloud Engineering with strong GCP exposure.
• Hands-on expertise in Terraform including modules creation and reuse, state management, drift detection.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Member, Binding, Policy) and networking tools (PBR, PSA, PSC, NCC, Cloud Armor).
• Experience with Linux administration, SSH troubleshooting, and networking.
• Compute Engine operations including N1 to N2 migrations and cloud automation with Git/CI/CD.
