Overview:

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing the school’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networking, software, and hardware. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the school’s IT systems and provide support to students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain the school’s servers and network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and backup procedures are in place.
• Provide technical support to students and staff, both in person and remotely, and escalate any issues to senior management where necessary.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the school’s technology infrastructure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role in a school or educational institution.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with educational software and online learning platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
