Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Application/Software Installation, configuration, and support
2. Hardware Troubleshooting
3. Mail Configuration and Troubleshooting
4. Windows Updates
5. Antivirus Updates & Scanning
6. Hardware Health Checkup
7. Documentation and Reporting
8. Good problem-solving and communication skills
9. Remote support and troubleshooting skills
10. Technical Support to internal teams (Server and Network)
11. Create and configure all systems for new joiners on the day of their joining
12. Conduct monthly checks to ensure that all equipment in workstations, cabins, learning centers, and meeting rooms are in working condition
13. 5 days working with the possibility of extended shifts as required for remote team support
14. Support activities in Datacenter like cable tracing, device installation, and device mounting on racks (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) as needed
15. Troubleshoot VIP/User issues by visiting their desk as required

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:

1. IT: 1 year (Preferred)
