Rodeo FX in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced FX Supervisor to lead artistic vision and technical excellence for high-end visual effects on feature films and episodic projects. You will guide a team of FX artists within Rodeo FX's global pipeline, ensuring consistency with CG, lighting, and compositing across multiple studios.
The role requires 8+ years in VFX, expert Houdini skills, and strong leadership to drive pipeline development, tool validation, and knowledge transfer.
Rodeo FX is an award-winning creative company offering services in visual effects, animation, advertising and experiential. We partner with some of the world's leading storytellers and entertainment companies, including Netflix, HBO, Disney, Marvel, Amazon Studios, Warner Bros. and Sony.
In 2026, Rodeo FX opened its newest studio in Bengaluru, expanding our global network across Canada, the United States, Europe and India. Located in International Tech Park Bengaluru, the new 40,000-square-foot studio is designed to accommodate up to 400 artists and supports both Rodeo FX and Mikros Animation.
Our Bengaluru team is fully integrated into Rodeo FX's global pipeline, collaborating with artists, supervisors and production teams across our international studios on incredible projects.

The FX Supervisor is responsible for the artistic vision, technical rigor, and overall performance of their department on a given project. They ensure the consistency of visual effects (smoke, fire, particles, destructions, fluids, abstract effects), ensuring their seamless integration into the CG pipeline. A committed leader, they guide FX artists, support VFX supervision, collaborate with CG, comp, and production teams, and participate in strategic project planning. In parallel, in collaboration with the Head of FX Department, they actively contribute to pipeline development, method optimization, and knowledge transfer.
