Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting PAN India Enterprise Network for large Datacenters having 4000+ Network devices.
• Monitoring & troubleshooting Network Problems and resolving those within defined SLA/KPI. Ensure Network Availability as per SLA.
• Manage Network Incidents as per ITIL Processes.
• Support Network Changes through standard ITIL Change Management process.
• Help the team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly.
• Additional duties as required and possible assistance on Special Projects.
• Day to day operation and maintenance of the Datacenters/Plants/Branch office network spread across Pan India. Mostly Cisco core, distribution and Access Switches and hundreds of Routers.
• Creation of network documentation from the existing infrastructure, planned infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation.

Skill Requirements:

• 4+ years of Experience in IT Network Configuration and L2 Support.
• CCNA Certification & ITIL certification. CCNP would be an added advantage.
• A broad knowledge of networking and network equipment/operating systems with experience with CISCO Datacenter Network Switching & OSPF Routing.
• Strong work experience in MPLS and GRE/IP SEC tunnels.
• Firewall technologies (Like Fortigate/Palo-Alto) work experience is an added advantage.
• Detailed knowledge of the OSI model, routing (OSPF, BGP) & switching technologies.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills within a data center or large enterprise network.
• MPLS Configuration; HTTP/HTTPS, reverse proxy, SSL offload configurations.
• Good Communication Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
