Role – US end-to-end IT Recruiter

Location – 100% Remote/Hybrid/Onsite

About the role:
As a key member of the team, the Recruiter will be involved in activities designed to measure and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the processes used for the delivery of recruiting assistance and services. As an IT recruiter with FBSPL, you will recruit IT professionals from various job portals and through applicants/referrals. You will shortlist IT Professionals for various industries across the USA and/or UK and complete their documentation to ensure they become eligible to work there.

Responsibilities:

  1. A versatile recruiter with a technical-oriented mind and good experience in US recruitment, providing the best solutions to clients and consultants.
  2. Work on W2, C2C, and 1099.
  3. Excellent sourcing skills from professional networking sites, blogging, and social networking sites.
  4. Exposure to targeted recruiting.
  5. Experience in portal sourcing using Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and other job portals.
  6. Excellent tech screening skills and responsible for detailed evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
  7. Exposure to Job Diva will be an added advantage.
  8. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  9. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  10. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  11. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate international job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
  12. Source and attract candidates using databases and social media.
  13. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  14. Conduct interviews using reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  15. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  16. Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
  17. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  18. Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
  19. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  1. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
  2. Possession of a bachelor’s degree or PG and/or MBA would be a plus.
  3. Ability to analyze and evaluate a variety of information.
  4. Candidate should be willing to work in US hours (India Night) hours.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 6-12 months of International Voice Process/International Recruitment experience.
Excellent knowledge/expertise with PC, Internet Research, and software (Word and Excel).
