HypTechie is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Specialist to design, implement, and manage fundraising strategies that secure sustainable support for our initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners, and have a proven track record in successful campaigns.

You will research grants, plan campaigns and events, maintain a donor database, and collaborate with marketing to create compelling materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or nonprofit management.
• 3+ years of fundraising experience in nonprofits/NGOs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
• Strong donor relations and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; compelling pitches.
• Knowledge of grant writing, digital fundraising, and crowdfunding is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote/hybrid environments.
