• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent the organization professionally in external meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, social work, nonprofit management, or related field; relevant fundraising certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit management is highly beneficial.

Role Description The Fundraising Manager with 6 months to 2 years is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing fundraising campaigns and initiatives to support organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating potential donors, developing proposals and fundraising materials, organizing events and outreach activities, and managing donor communications and stewardship. The Fundraising Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities, track and report on fundraising performance, and ensure accurate documentation of donor data. This role also involves building partnerships with charities, philanthropic organizations, and community stakeholders to expand the fundraising network.
