Job summary

A mission-driven organization is seeking a Mid-Senior level employee to manage and design fundraising strategies, build relationships with donors, and lead campaigns. The ideal candidate has between 3-7 years of experience in the NGO/non-profit sector, possesses excellent communication skills, and is aligned with ethical principles. • 3–7 years of proven fundraising experience in the NGO/non-profit sector.
• Strong network of donors, corporates, foundations, or philanthropists.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CSR frameworks, grants, and donor compliance.
