As a Fund Servicing Associate II within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fund servicing operations. Job Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end operational support for Registration and AML activities, including reporting for funds supported by the JPM Transfer Agency.
• Manage high daily volumes and large transaction values with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to defined timelines and consistently meet service delivery standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the firm and its clients.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Transfer Agency, Technology, and Operations teams to support business requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and implement value‑added solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Adhere to established JPMorgan processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with exposure to Transfer Agency operations.
• Strong understanding of the Trade Lifecycle and Transfer Agency processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
