Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior-level finance professional to administer hedge fund client services and oversee NAV calculations, financial statements and related payments. You will coordinate year-end processes, audits, and regulatory filings while managing KPIs and coordinating across COE teams at multiple locations.

Candidates should have 8–10 years in financial services, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or studying for a professional qualification.
• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services with high-volume operations or hedge fund industry.
• Managing and/or leading employees for 5-7 years.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administration of and services under administration agreements for hedge fund clients.
• Review and sign-off of NAV calculations, financial statements and reports.
• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions.
• Coordinate NAV production issues with Senior Vice President and client relations.
• Primary contact for year-end processes, audits, regulatory filings and tax services.
• Primary contact for KPIs and KRIs on client deliverables.
• Coordinate COE pipeline including new business, migrations, liquidations, and onboarding.
• Identify training needs and support hiring and onboarding activities.
• Work with COE and LO stakeholders to maximize client profitability; monitor COE resources.
• Review and act on Operational MIS reporting and risk guidance.

About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients


• Review and sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports


• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions


• Address and/or escape all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship in general to Senior Vice President in a detailed and timely manner


• Primary point of contact and escalation for the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc.


• Primary point of contact and escalation for KPIs and KRIs on the client deliverables of the team


• Coordination and oversight for all facets of COE pipeline – includes New Business, migrations, organic changes including liquidations and resignations; monitor and escape ingestion and progress of new clients, fund launches and on boarding of existing clients


• Identify Employee/Training needs to efficiently manage pipeline; monitor requirements against actual while proactively engaging stakeholders to facilitate hiring and training requirements


• Work closely with COE and LO stakeholders to maximize client profitability; monitor and report on COE and LO resource management at client, individual and location level for Senior Management action


• Review and action on Operational MIS Reporting – reporting on Fund Operational Metrics, adherence to risk and best practice guidelines, turnover, productivity/efficiencies to name a few


• Acting as the senior representative, co-ordinate strategic and operational initiatives between COE FA Management/SDG/Global project teams and the Local Project Coordinators (LPCs) within each locations to achieve successful execution


• Develop and maintain strong relationships across CFS to effectively facilitate CFS COE FA strategies and goals

Qualifications

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification


• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry
