Job summary

Citco is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administration professional to support hedge fund client portfolios. You will handle NAV calculations, portfolio valuation, and related reporting while coordinating with global teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance (or pursuing one) and 1–2 years in financial services or hedge funds, with strong Excel skills and a solid analytical mindset. Hyderab ad-based position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or studying for a professional accounting qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in Financial Services with high-volume operations or hedge funds is an advantage.
• Active interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
• Strong financial and/or accounting and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Administer services under hedge fund administration agreements for a portfolio of clients.
• Consolidate and validate handovers across teams and locations.
• Prepare and review Net Asset Value calculations and related reports.
• Value hedge fund portfolio holdings.
• Analyze fund performance and prepare P&L related reports.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and meet client service deadlines.
• Escalate priority issues to supervisor promptly with details.
• Maintain relationships with internal COE, Middle Office, Pricing, Investor Relations and Fund Accounting teams.
• Support queries from clients, auditors and advisors.
• Stay updated on best practice policies and client agreements.
• Contribute to team or departmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients;
• Consolidation and validation review of functional handovers across teams and locations
• Preparation and/or initial review of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
• Valuation of hedge fund portfolio holdings
• Analysis of fund performance and prepare performance/P and L related reports
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding client service agreements
• Escalate priority issues to supervisor and/or assistant vice president in a timely and detailed manner
• Maintaining day-to-day relationships with Citco Internal COE and non-COE teams including Operational Support, Middle Office, Pricing, Investor Relations and Relationship Management Fund Accounting teams
• Support queries from external parties, including clients, auditors and other advisors
• Maintain a current and thorough understanding of applicable best practice policies and client specific agreements.
• Contribute to team and/or departmental initiatives

Qualifications

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry is an advantage
• Display an active interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
• Strong financial and/or accounting and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.)
