Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Associate in Funds for its Bangalore-based Fund Services team. The role covers trade life-cycle, reconciliations with prime brokers, and accounting for complex fund structures across asset classes, interfacing with investors and fund operations.

You will manage capital activities, investor allocations, and NAV calculations while maintaining fund-level working papers. The position is permanent, with hybrid work and APAC/UK shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Trade life-cycle involvement: trade booking, pricing and corporate actions
• Custodian/prime broker reconciliation to resolve trade discrepancies
• Liaising with prime brokers/custodian/funds middle office for trades, settlements, treasury, reconciliations
• Accounting for trading and non-trading transactions; maintain book of accounts
• Record investors’ commitments, capital calls, drawdowns, distributions and liquidation; prepare related notices and schedules
• Process capital activities: subscription, redemption, transfers, switches
• Allocate investors’ economic interest; compute management and performance fees, high watermark, carried interest; investor statements
• Prepare financial statements and NAV calculations; maintain fund working papers and allocations
• Regular connects with funds finance and operations teams

The position:

This position is for a member of the client facing fund services team catering to Global Hedge Fund, Private Equity & Debt Fund clients. The fund services team deals with complex fund structures along with multiple asset classes across jurisdictions with specialized accounting services

• You will be involved in trade life-cycle including trade booking, pricing and corporate actions
• Custodian/Prime broker reconciliation to identify and resolve any trade related discrepancies
