PwC in Hyderabad seeks a QA tester with 2-4 years of experience to support regulatory risk and compliance client work. You will review requirements, test scenarios, and test cases to validate system behavior against expected outcomes, and document results.

Responsibilities include test planning, execution, and defect tracking, coordinating retesting across timelines, and collaborating with Interactions Hub Developers / Solution Architect. Proficiency in English is required; ISTQB is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in QA/testing.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• ISTQB certification preferred.
• Experience with QA testing tools and test management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supporting functional testing activities for regulatory risk and compliance client work
• Reviewing requirements, test scenarios, and test cases to validate system behavior against expected outcomes
• Documenting test results, tracking defects, and coordinating retesting across project timelines
• Interpreting process flows and compliance requirements to identify gaps in testing coverage
• Using data analysis and interpretation skills to compare source data, test outputs, and expected results
• Assisting in test planning, test execution, and status updates for client deliverables
• Applying knowledge of compliance frameworks, controls compliance, and regulatory reporting in testing tasks
• Collaborating with senior team members to resolve testing issues and clarify functional questions
• Ability to actively participate in reviews of User Stories (functional and technical) in order to identify and help bridge gaps in requirements - particularly around use-cases and workflows (including considerations such as happy path, alternate paths, user-error, system-error workflows, etc.)
• Working closely with the Business and QA leads to obtain a thorough understanding of the application and the business being supported by the application
• Working closely with Interactions Hub Developers / Solution Architect / Technical Lead to understand the technical approach, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements that are integral to the software application.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 -4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Certification(s) Preferred: ISTQB
• Minimum of 2 year(s) of experience working with QA Testing skills.
• Proficiency in the use of test management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, XRAY, etc.
