Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP FICO consultant to lead full-cycle S/4HANA Finance implementations or conversions under the RISE with SAP Private Cloud Edition. You will drive core FI/CO configuration and ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, HR and Banking.

The role requires strong communication across global onsite/offshore teams, data migration oversight, and the creation of functional specs for custom RICEFW objects, along with rigorous testing and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in SAP FICO
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Accounting principles
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications preferred
• Excellent communication skills, often working in global onsite/offshore models

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle S/4HANA Finance implementations or conversions under the RISE with SAP (Private Cloud Edition) model.
• Expert-level configuration of FICO modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Project System, Financial Closing
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, HR and Banking.
• Workshop Leadership: Facilitate Explore phase workshops to map business requirements to SAP standard processes (Best Practices).
• Technical Design: Create functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow).
• Data Migration: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA using SAP tools.
• Testing & Support: Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide post-go-live support and resolve user issues.
