Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional in Chennai to lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and migrations under the RISE with SAP model.

You will drive configuration of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and more, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, HR and Banking. You will facilitate Explore phase workshops, write functional specs for RICEFW, and oversee data migration and testing through UAT and post-go-live support.

Qualificações

• 5-10+ years in SAP FICO with Finance configuration and development experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Accounting principles.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, often working in global onsite/offshore models.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Explore phase workshops mapping business requirements to SAP best practices.
• Create functional specs for custom RICEFW objects.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA using SAP tools.
• Perform Unit, Integration, and UAT testing; provide post-go-live support.

Role & responsibilities

• Implementation/Migration: Lead full-cycle S/4HANA Finance implementations or conversions under the RISE with SAP (Private Cloud Edition) model.
• Configuration & Customization: Expert-level configuration of FICO modules:
• General Ledger,
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable,
• Asset Accounting
• Project System
• Financial Closing
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), HR and Banking.
• Workshop Leadership: Facilitate "Explore" phase workshops to map business requirements to SAP standard processes (Best Practices).
• Technical Design: Create functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow).
• Data Migration: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA using SAP tools.
• Testing & Support: Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide post-go-live support and resolve user issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10+ years in SAP FICO, with Finance configuration and development experience
