Pradeepit Global Consulting Private Limited is seeking a Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant for SCM, Warehousing, and Manufacturing domains. The role involves leading D365 implementation life cycles, client interaction, and delivering end-to-end processes in a night-shift environment based in Bangalore.

The candidate should have 6-9 years of experience in D365 Manufacturing and AWMS, with multiple full lifecycle projects, and a strong grasp of ERP workflows and test artefacts.

Qualifications

• This role requires 6-9 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing / AWMS.
• Must have completed at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Manufacturing & AWMS.
• Hands-on experience in AWMS and production industry with ERP value flow understanding.
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with mapping processes, BRD, FDD, and solution blueprints.

NOTE: this role required night shift, working hours would be evening 7:00 pm to 3:00 am

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing / Advance warehouse management. We are looking for someone who has done production & advance warehouse management in D365
• Must have performed at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Manufacturing & AWMS implementations.
• Hands on experience in the AWMS and Production industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems.
• Good at client interactions, able to set manage stakeholder expectation.
• Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/mitigate/resolve them.
• Good exposure to SCM and Warehouse industry knowledge
• Ability to build the necessary test artefacts to test the functionality of the modules deployed.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Coordinating with the customer to understand their current as in business process and create process maps.
• Hands-on with creating BRD, FDD, Solution blueprint.
• Breakdown clients and product business processes, to map out and link any functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Analyzing and designing solutions for applications, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly.
• Documenting the process, informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project.
• Creating test scenarios to cover the business processes being implemented.
• Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.
• Good understanding ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge Discrete & Process manufacturing.
• Must have industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
• Played functional roles for 4-5 end to end projects.
• Implementation of Core and advanced Microsoft Dynamics D365 or any other competitor ERP
• Flexible to travel to client location in Bangalore and work out of customer office.
