Job summary

The ideal candidate has a solid background in Business Analysis within the SCM domain, along with hands-on expertise in manual testing, SQL, and functional documentation.

The role includes collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering, drafting and maintaining specifications and test artifacts, designing and executing comprehensive manual test cases,

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in the SCM domain.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Hands-on testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to gather business requirements.
• Translate requirements into artifacts (PPTs, Word, Excel) for Product, QA, and Development teams.
• Draft and maintain Functional Specifications, User Stories, Test Plans, and Test Cases.
• Design and execute thorough manual test cases for complex workflows.
• Prepare test data and validate using Oracle SQL queries at the DB level.
• Ensure alignment between business functionality and technical implementation with Developers and QA.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide updates on progress and test coverage.
• Publish testing reports and defect metrics for stakeholders.
• Use JIRA, ALM, and Remedy for test case management and defect tracking.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Mode: Hybrid (23 weeks from office as per project needs)

Shift Timing: 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST (Flexible for early/normal shift, no night shifts)

• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide timely updates on progress, blockers, and test coverage.

• Use tools like JIRA, ALM, Remedy for test case management and defect tracking.
