Job Description:

Description:

As an SAP TM Consultant, you should understand the business processes and architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your responsibilities will include Solution Design, Implementation, Project delivery, System optimization, and Support.

The candidate will join the spares & services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes across Airbus group. Strong customer focus is essential.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed, and multi-functional team.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in SAP TM Functional.
• Assist in configuring systems, preparing functional specifications, testing, defect tracking, and fixing issues.
• Knowledge in SAP TM Master Data Management, Business Partner, Dangerous Goods, Transportation network (locations, routes, zones), Resources (Vehicles, trailers, Handling units).
• Experience with Order Management integration with SAP TM.
• Planning: Selection Profiles, Planning Profiles, Conditions, Optimizer Planning, Schedules, Freight Execution, Carrier selection, Tendering.
• Understanding of SAP TM business processes: inbound/outbound shipments, transportation load builder, package builder, shipper scenarios across all transport modes.
• Experience with Transportation Execution, Freight Settlement, and integration with SAP SD/MM modules.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP TM module-related tasks in SAP and S/4HANA implementations, support, and upgrades.
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Provide functional and business process expertise, resolve TM issues.
• Handle complex industry-specific TM scenarios.
• Participate in planning, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Work with teams to prioritize work and articulate business needs.
• Ensure customer involvement in requirement analysis and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with subcontracting teams.
