Job summary

Cognizant in India seeks a Functional Analyst (ISG) to design and optimize insurance servicing solutions using agentic AI and Claude-integrated workflows. Qualifications

• Substantial experience in functional analysis within insurance servicing or similar domains.
• Hands-on expertise in agentic AI design including orchestration of automated workflows and decisions.
• Experience using Claude and generative AI tools for conversational flows and knowledge retrieval.
• Strong proficiency in Vantage report design, layouts, output structures and regulatory reporting.
• Deep understanding of Vantage data models and ability to map policy and party data elements.
• Experience configuring Vantage transactions and life batch processing; end-to-end lifecycle handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret servicing requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Vantage and AI configurations.

Qualifications
