The Genomics business is supported by global engineering teams building and enhancing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), customer portals, laboratory automation platforms, and enterprise applications supporting Sanger Sequencing, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Arrays, Oligonucleotide Synthesis, and Sample Management.
As a Functional Analyst – Genomics LIMS, you will work closely with business stakeholders, laboratory operations, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to understand business processes, define functional requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise-scale laboratory solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare and laboratory standards.
This role reports to a Project Manager / Senior Manager.
Work with Solution Architects and Development teams during solution design.
Validate business requirements throughout development.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and UAT.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Support production releases and change management activities.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and requirement changes.
Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
