Responsibilities

• Frontend (React): Develop responsive, accessible UI components using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns. Build reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design implementation across the product. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, handling state management, routing, and error scenarios gracefully. Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and overall user experience across browsers and devices.
• Backend (Python): Design and implement scalable backend services and REST APIs in Python to support product features. Ensure secure data handling, input validation, authentication/authorization patterns, and robust error handling. Write clean, testable code and improve reliability through unit/integration tests and debugging practices.
• Fullstack Delivery Collaboration: Own features end-to-end from requirement understanding to implementation, testing, and production support. Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and document technical decisions clearly. Work closely with cross-functional teams to estimate work, manage priorities, and deliver iteratively.
• AI Enablement: Assist in integrating AI-driven functionality into applications, focusing on practical user value and maintainability. Collaborate on experimentation, evaluation, and safe rollout of AI features within product workflows.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Minimum qualifications: 35 years of professional experience in fullstack development with strong hands‑on ReactJS and Python.

Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.

Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, browser behavior, security basics) and modern development practices.

Experience writing maintainable code with testing, debugging, and version control workflows.

Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
