Job summary

Zoho in Pune is seeking a Fullstack Engineer (backend heavy) who designs, develops, and maintains software, applying software engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems for the organization.

You will build backend services and APIs using Python and/or Node.js, develop responsive interfaces with React/Angular, and design robust database schemas while ensuring security and performance. This role requires collaboration across product, design and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/B.S. in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for backend.
• Frontend experience with Angular and/or React.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and software design principles.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience in frontend development using Angular and/ or React.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Good to have experience with AWS/GCP.
• Strong logical and analytical skills to debug and reason through complex full-stack systems, understanding how components function and interact end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with REST APIs and modern web application architectures.
