Job summary

NetSpring is seeking a skilled full-stack engineer to join our Bengaluru team. You will own end-to-end development for production-deployed apps, combining React/TypeScript on the front-end with Python/Node.js on the back-end, and you will design APIs and data models for scalable services.

You should be comfortable with PostgreSQL, Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS, and able to ship iteratively in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional full-stack engineering experience with production-deployed applications.
• Front-end: React (or Next.js) and TypeScript; you build fast, accessible, and well-structured UIs, not just functional ones.
• Back-end: Python (FastAPI preferred) or Node.js; you can design APIs, write database queries, and think about system architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; comfortable with schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
• Ability to work with ambiguity; break down loosely defined problems and ship iteratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; you will write memos, present at reviews, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

Strong Plus

• - Experience with AI/LLM APIs, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), or building interfaces for AI-powered products.
• - Healthcare domain exposure: EHR integrations, FHIR/HL7 revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, or HIPAA-compliant systems.
• - Experience with real-time data visualization (Grafana, D3.js, Recharts) or building operational dashboards.
• - Familiarity with Claude Code or AI-assisted development workflows.
• - Experience at a high-growth startup where you owned features end-to-end.
