Job Role: FullStack Developer (React)

Role & Responsibilities :

• 6+ Years of hands‑on experience of Full Stack Development
• Work with the product team on requirements analysis and make technical trade‑off decisions at application level (e.g., component design).
• Define and develop solutions to technical problems within Agile framework.
• Use your expertise to input into reengineering and design.
• Act as a subject matter expert for focus areas across the technology space.
• Follow and improve the coding standards with the team, ensuring high code quality.
• Actively look for the latest tools and technologies within or outside dunnhumby.
• Actively learn and help implement new industry standards related to products, people, and processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in the process and help the team improve them to maximize performance.
• Help identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks in projects proactively. Work actively with the Engineering Manager/Team Lead to resolve them.

Must have:

• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with either React.Js (Typescript).
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with a deep understanding of developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with unit testing and ensuring code quality.
• Familiarity with any relational database (Postgres preferred).
• Knowledge and experience with Docker.

Good to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of micro‑services and event‑driven architecture, particularly Pub/Sub.
