Qualifications

• At least 8 years hands-on experience in Python and React.js.
• Experience with Cypress is an added advantage.
• Must have team leadership experience and exposure to Agile projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for Python & React.js full-stack applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure code quality and timely delivery.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable features and modules.
