Job summary

LTM is seeking a backend-focused AI applications engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable services using Node.js and Python on AWS. You will develop AI-powered solutions with LLMs, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and implement RAG for enterprise knowledge.

You’ll contribute to cloud-native architectures, APIs, and cost-optimized deployments while collaborating with architects, data scientists, and product teams to deliver AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications using Node.js, Python, and AWS.
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications utilizing LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, workflow execution, and tool orchestration.
• Design and implement cloud-native and serverless architectures on AWS.
• Build APIs, orchestration services, and intelligent workflow engines to support AI-driven business processes.
• Integrate enterprise applications, databases, SaaS platforms, and external APIs with AI agents.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge management.
• Optimize AI application performance, scalability, observability, security, and cost.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to deliver AI-driven products.
