About the Role

As a Software Engineer Full Stack at Qualitia, you will work on building and enhancing product features across the front-end and backend layers. The role will have a strong focus on React-based front-end development, UI engineering, component development, API integration, and user experience.

You will also contribute to backend development using Java or Node.js, work with PostgreSQL databases, and collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern front-end applications using React.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into high-quality user interfaces.
• Work on front-end state management, routing, API integration, validation, and error handling.
• Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to backend development using Java and/or Node.js.
• Design, query, and optimize PostgreSQL database interactions as required.
• Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the application stack.
• Debug and resolve front-end and full-stack issues across development, QA, and production environments.
• Work closely with QA teams to improve testability and reduce defects.
• Follow engineering best practices around Git workflows, code quality, security, logging, and documentation.
